RFC FAQ

I HAVEN’T HIT THE GYM IN YEARS. HOW CAN I GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE?

Just do it. Then do it again. You don't have to get in shape to get in shape. Come in and take your first class. Work at your own pace. We can modify exercises for you. Your goal is to get better each time. Resist the urge to go too hard, too soon. Concentrate on technique. Consistency will be your key to success so put your classes on your schedule and stick to your plan!

I HAVE SOME FRIENDS VISITING. DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?

You can always bring a friend to try a class. They can sign up for a trial class on this website. Thanks for helping to spread the word about RFC.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP IF I’M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO JOIN?

Yes!  Just click on the Program Page and sign up for your trial program. 

BUT I DON'T WANT TO GET HIT!

Most of our classes don't involve gettin hit. Our advanced classes are sparring/ringwork based but nobody has to spar. Many students start out with no-contact classes and then try a sparring class once they know their defense. Others will just stick to our other classes and get in awesome shape. It's totally up to you!

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT?

We have short term contract options. We hope you will go into your training with a long term mindset. Students who train for a year or more will get really good and in great shape if consistent. Help your kids to stay consistent and they will learn valuable skills to last them a lifetime. Don't be a "One Hit Wonder."
