Learn from coaches with experience
At Rob's Fight Club, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training, and martial arts instruction. Our coaches are certified personal trainers, black belts, competitive fighters or a combination of the above. You will learn the right way to train, creating good habits, while honing your skills, burning calories and avoiding injury.

Classes for most ages and all levels
FITNESS AND WEIGHT LOSS
Join a group class or work with one of our trainers for an hour of awesome exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. You'll be sure to work a variety of exercises that work every muscle group. No contact necessary.
SKILLS AND/OR SELF-DEFENSE
All of our classes are skill based so you'll be on your way towards learning, not just burning calories (although you'll burn a lot). We offer a Self-Defense class along with our Boxing and Kickboxing classes. Advanced students may want to jump in the ring for sparring!
We have an awesome kids program! For ages 3-5 our Little Ninja's program is great for skill development. Starting at age 6 our Kickin' Kids program is a mixed martial art which focuses on Karate/KB/MMA and Self-Defense/Bully prevention. Give your kids the skills they need to succeed, like better concentration, more self-confidence and leadership qualities!

We offer many types of classes to meet your needs. All classes are designed to get you in great shape while learning effective skills. All classes are non-contact or semi-contact except for our Sparring/Ringwork classes.

All of our group classes will get you in awesome shape. We also offer private fitness training with our without boxing and kickboxing.
