Service Description

Take 2 of our awesome classes for only $49. Adults can choose between our Intro to Boxing class on Mon @ 6:30, or our Bagwork Class Thurs @ 6:30, or both. Pre-pay for Glove rental and wraps if needed. We'll also show you how to put the wraps on! Classes will run 60 minutes. After the trial we can discuss our monthly membership options that are best suited for you.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non-refundable however you may reschedule your session if at least 24hr notice is given. Since trainers have limited hours available, a cancellation is a lost opportunity for them to teach/train, but we will do our best to help your reschedule.
