Service Description

Drop in for one of our evening group classes. If you have no experience, we recommend our Intro to Boxing Class first. Some classes are for more advanced students. Sparring classes are excluded, unless you are a current USA Boxing Member. Save money by joining our monthly group class program after your class.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non-refundable however you may reschedule your session if at least 24hr notice is given. Since trainers have limited hours available, a cancellation is a lost opportunity for them to teach/train, but we will do our best to help your reschedule.
