We are starting a new Bagwork Basics class next Thursday at 6:30. This class is for ages 15+ and for beginner students who do not attend advanced classes or sparring classes. No doubling up with Skills and Drills. Advanced students should attend the skills class.

Hey kickboxers. No kids kickboxing at 1:30 tomorrow (sat) because I have to get to Bristol for boxing fights. Please come in for boxing at 11:30 or 12:30 instead. 👊

Sparring matches in Bristol: Darren, Emani, Justin, Zach, Dave, Carl, Christian, PJ, Spencer and Simon B, Toby, Sebastian & Cole. If you didn’t get on this one, we will have other opportunities in the future. We are also working on helping to match a Police show for the end of April. 👊
