What Is a Trial Class Like at RFC?
Our trial classes are 45min for and 1hr for adults. It’s a chance to experience the teaching style, class environment, and course content without committing to a full program. Beginners classes are non-contact, so don't worry about your pretty face... ;-) After your trial, we can figure out the best schedule to help you reach your goals.
Before the Class: What You Should Do?
Preparation helps you make the most of your trial class. Here are some practical steps to take before you arrive:
Know what to bring. For boxing and kickboxing, we require handwraps for ages 10+. We typically have them in stock and you can even pay in advance through our website sign up. Bring a water bottle.
Be open minded. Be prepared to learn. Our coaches are experienced in fitness, competition and coaching effectively. It's a good idea to listen and trust the process.
Arrive early. Getting there a few minutes ahead lets you settle in, meet the instructor, get on wraps, and ask any last-minute questions. 5-10 minutes before class is typically fine.
