Service Description

If you don't have a monthly membership, these classes are available for drop in when paid online. Age 15+ Participant must sign waiver upon arrival. Parents must sign waiver for ages 17 and under and be present for first class. You must have your own gloves and hand wraps and we have some in stock.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non-refundable however you may reschedule your session if at least 24hr notice is given. Since trainers have limited hours available, a cancellation is a lost opportunity for them to teach/train, but we will do our best to help your reschedule.
